6 The upper member of the Neva is poorly exposed about 4 feet above the main ledge of brecciated Neva as a 6 - 8 foot layer of light gray, dense massive limestone weathering brown  
5 Limestone - light gray weathers white, massive, , much pitted, having a brecciated appearance identical with the main ledge of the Neva at Elmdale 2 ft.
4 Limestone - light gray, massive, weathers brown 0.4 ft.
3 Clay shale, light gray 0.3 ft.
2 Limestone - light gray, massive, weathers brown 1 ft.
1 Shale - gray-green, exposed in gully just below to the east.  
  About a 10 foot mantle of stream pebbles (capping hill) of white, gray & brown chert subrectangular to rounded has been excavated for road material some time past.
