9 Clay--silty, light gray with yellow joint stain, some limonite specks 2.3 ft.
8 Clay--slightly silty, dark gray, lignite particles, slight stain 2.8 ft.
7 Clay--light gray, some yellow joint stain 1.8 ft.
6 Clay--gray, residual 3.5 ft.
5 Clay--silty, black lignitic to clayey lignite 1.0 ft.
4 Clay--gray slight sulpher, yellow gypsum 1.5 ft.
3 Clay--silty, black lignitic to clayey lignite with considerable pyrite 0.5 ft.
2 Clay--very silty, gray with a yellow tinge, lignite particles, some pyrite 2.7 ft.
1 Sandstone--clayey +/-4.0 ft.
