8 CLAY--fairly plastic, light gray and red mottled with some yellow toward bottom 9.0 ft.
7 MISSING INTERVAL 1.23 ft.
6 CLAY--silty, light gray, yellow and red mottled 3.0 ft.
5 SANDSTONE--fine, light gray with some yellow stain. Quartzite at top (0.4 foot), bottom irregular, apparently local. 3.8 ft.
4 CLAY--plastic, dark gray with some yellow stain and lignite particles 2.0 ft.
3 CLAY--slightly silty, gray with some yellow joint stain and limonite specks 1.6 ft.
2 CLAY--plastic, dark gray, some yellow joint stain 1.4 ft.
1 CLAY--plastic, dark gray with very little stain 2.7 ft.
