3 Shale - greenish gray; limonitic; well bedded; carbonaceous near top 2 ft.
2 Limestone - gray; slightly yellow; weathers +/- blocky, earthy 1 ft.
1 Shale - olive; thin to nearly flaky; bedded; small limestone concretions little more that 1 inch in diameter, concretions are hard, dense, limestone; they weather rusty brown 2.2 ft.
