12 SANDSTONE--fine to silty, yellow, thin beds 0.5-1.2 ft.
11 SANDSTONE--fine to silty, gray 1.0 ft.
10 MISSING 3.1 ft.
9 SAND TO SILT--yellow 1.4 ft.
8 SILT--very fine and clayey, gray, water bearing 2.9 ft.
7 CLAY--silty, gray with yellow stain and fine sandstone 0.5 ft.
6 CLAY--silty, gray with slight yellow stain, increasingly darker in color toward bottom, some lignite, bed dips to north with hill 5.0 ft.
5 CLAY--silty, gray to dark gray, lignitic 0.9 ft.
4 CLAY--silty, light gray with slight yellow stain 1.6 ft.
3 CLAY--same as above, but with more yellow joint stain 3.0 ft.
2 CLAY--fairly plastic, gray with yellow stain, lignitic, some fairly large particles, leaf fossils 1.9 ft.
1 CLAY--slightly silty and sandy, gray with yellow stain, leaf fossils and some pyrite 0.8 ft.
