Comments: Doug Beene's ID for this OIL lease is 33117 but this conflicts with an existing GAS lease with the same number. When I added this lease today from OIL.LEASES_1930_1970_V3_RAW, I set ID=99933117 so we would not have duplicate ID numbers on file. See $PACKAGES/beene/leases_1930_1970_v3_2002_02_north_central/maintain.spb and fix_oil_gas_dups.sql. 03/19/02-KKL.
