From Amy Banks, KCC, 02/22/07: Well intented as Helmley B 2 15-081-20388-00-00 10/3/1985. ACO1 received as Helmley B 2 15-081-20388-00-00 12/27/1985. SAME ACO1 received amending the well name from Helmley B 2 to Moody C 1 15-081-20388-00-00 12/3/1987. I found another ACO1. Here's the tricky part. They have the api as 15-081-20388-00-01 with a recompletion in 2001. BUT they included a side 3 which indicates that Cast Iron Bridge Plugs were set and well was reperfed in 1998. This ACO1 and the 01 record we have in RBDMS will actually become an 02. I will have to create another 01 BUT on this ACO1 they have changed the well name back to Helmley B 2 indicating it is a workover of the Moody C1. So our records will show the following: 15-081-20388-00-00 Moody C1 Completed 1985 With comments that well was originally intented as Helmley B 2. 15-081-20388-00-01 Moody C1 Reworked 1998. 15-081-20388-00-02 Helmley B 2 Reworked 2001. With comments that well name changed back to Helmley B2 from Moody C1. Glen Gagnon found a core report in a box of core in the core library and the core report clearly is marked HELMLEY B-2. Glen is going to have the core report scanned. 02/22/07-KKL. Samples are marked: #2 Helmley 'B'.
