- PULLED 3550 LBS COMING OFF OF TD (CALCULATED MAXIMUM SAFE PULL AT TD: 3800 LBS) ON HIGH RESOLUTION PASS BUT DID NOT PULL TIGHT; TOOLS EVENTUALLY CAME FREE; IT APPEARED THAT THE TOOLS MAY HAVE PULLED INTO THE UNDERSIDE OF THE LEDGE THAT WAS HIT WHILE RIH; AS A RESULT THE MAIN PASS WAS LOGGED FROM JUST ABOVE 6390 FT. WITH THE APPROVAL OF THE COMPANY MAN AND FIELD GEOLOGIST
