Short description: Memorial Campanile and carillon on the University of Kansas campus in Lawrence, Douglas County. Built of Kansas limestone, the bell tower is 120 feet high and stands as a memorial to the members of the KU community who died in World War II. The campanile is part of the University of Kansas Historic District, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
