Short description: Shunganunga Boulder, also known as Founder's Rock, in Robinson Park and Lawrence City Hall, Douglas County. Glaciers likely transported the chunk of Sioux quartz from far north to modern Kansas tens of thousands of years ago. A plaque affixed to the rock lists the names of the 143 founders of Lawrence.
