Short description: Stauffer-Flint Hall on the University of Kansas campus in Lawrence, Douglas County. Designed by Kansas City architects Walter C. Root and George W. Siemens and built in 1897-1898, the building is constructed of Oread Limestone. Originally called Fowler Shops (home to shops and studios for engineering students), the building is part of the University of Kansas Historic District, which was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.
